Picture Book Lists is a simple website dedicated to curating specific lists of picture books for the sake of discoverability. Rather than focus on a broad list such as "10 Picture Books about Friendship" we might have a list more like "10 Picture Books About Friends Who Get in a Fight." It is run by volunteers who read, teach, write, draw, and/or interact with picture books on a regular basis through work and/or community outreach. Generally, we will focus on current titles as well as still-in-print titles published within the past 10 years. All titles will be read and approved before being included on a list.

Forthcoming list examples include:
Picture Books with Magic, Fantasy, or Fantastical Elements
Picture Books with Biracial Characters or Mixed Race Families
Picture Books Featuring Big Mistakes, Miscommunication, and Chaos
Picture Books With Talking / Anthropomorphic Food
